No. It is measured spatial data for review, measure and reference. Automated CAD helpers create drafts only. Final drawings and BIM still need professional drafting against standards and design intent. LAS is points, not a mesh. FBX, OBJ or OSGB need a reconstruction step first.

Yes as an underlay. Export LAS, LAZ, E57 or PLY, and use RCS-style imports where your CAD stack supports them. After import you view, measure and model against the cloud. It does not become an editable BIM object by itself. We wire the export you invoice during handover.
